Responsibilities:
• Drive HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Ensuring a fair and positive workplace culture 
• Collaborate with Management for effective HR solutions
• Excellent time management skills

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) 
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Be a key player in a forward-thinking company with a culture of innovation
• Fluent in Papiamento and English. additional languages (Spanish, Dutch) are a plus
