We are pleased to introduce contactless pick-up rentals, providing a seamless and hassle-free car rental experience. With this service, you can conveniently book your vehicle online and pick it up at your selected location—without the need for in-person check-in. 

How It Works 

1. Book Online – Easily reserve your vehicle on our website and choose your preferred contactless pick-up location. 

2. Make Payment – A valid credit card matching the renter's name is required to secure your booking. 

3. Receive Confirmation – Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive an email with all the essential pick-up details.
 
4. Pick Up & Go – Follow the instructions provided to locate your vehicle and start your journey hassle-free!

5. Full-service Returns – Drop your vehicle off at one of our locations, where our team will complete the return process. We’ll provide a complimentary shuttle back to your hotel (high-rise or low-rise) or the airport. 
 

Requirements

To complete the contactless pick-up process, you will need: 

• A mobile device with an internet connection. 
• A valid driver’s license for verification. 
   

Available Locations 

Our contactless pick-up service is currently only available in the high-rise and low-rise hotel areas. If you're staying at a different location that is not in our list and would like to request a contactless rental, kindly send us an email with your location.
