What are your age requirements?

The minimum age requirement is 23 years.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you. Please note that we do not accept debit cards for deposit.

How much is the deposit amount?

The security deposit varies based on the vehicle class, with amounts set at $300 or $500, payable via credit card.

Can I use my international driver’s license?

Valid driver’s licenses issued in your state or country are acceptable as well as international licenses.

Do I need insurance?

No insurance is required, but we do recommend that you accept one of our optional insurances/waivers.

Do you pick-up and drop-off customers?

Yes, we provide free pick-up and drop-off services to our clients.

Do you deliver and pick-up the vehicle?

No, we don't provide these services. We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for our customers, transporting them to the nearest office location for their vehicle pick-up.

Do you pick-up and drop-off at the airport?

Yes, we pick-up and drop-off at the airport free of charge. Our airport shuttle service provides exclusive transportation between the airport and our Wayaca office, which takes about 3 minutes in either direction.

Do you pick-up and drop-off at the cruise terminal?

We do not have a location by the cruise port and cannot provide shuttle services. 
• Pick up of the vehicle is possible at the our location at the Manchebo Resort as of 8:00 AM.
• A taxi ride on own expense is needed to the pickup location (Manchebo).
• Upon return, vehicle needs to be parked at Manchebo Resort parking lot and key should be left in Top Drive’s drop off box at the location.
• A taxi ride on own expense is needed back to the cruise terminal.

How do I choose the nearest Top Drive pick-up location to my accommodation?

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay with cash, debit card and credit card. If deposit is cash then you must purchase the CDW insurance. Please note that we do not accept debit cards for deposit.

Can I use another person’s credit card for renting a vehicle?

Yes, but the card holder must be present (with proper I.D. and driver license) to sign the rental contract. The card holder must meet the required age requirements.

What type of vehicles do you have in your fleet?

We have Economy/compact, Mid-size, Full-size, Jeeps, SUV’s and Vans.

Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?

We have automatic cars only.

Do you have air conditioned cars?

Yes, all of our cars (exept the Freedom Jeep) have air-conditioning.

What is the minimum rental period?

We always charge a minimum rental period of 1 day (24 hours). Ask if our "same day return" specials are available if you desire to rent less than 24 hours.

Do you offer accessories with your rentals?

We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles for example: Infant Seats, Baby Seats, Booster Seats, Snorkeling Gear, Beach Chairs & Ice-Coolers.

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?

We offer one additional driver at no cost. Additional charges apply when the rental vehicle is to be driven by more than two person. The charge for an additional driver is $5.00 per day with a maximum of $25.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?

The fuel tank must be returned with the same amount of gas that was delivered to you. If you return the vehicle with less fuel, our fuel rate will apply.

Can I rent a vehicle for a month and do I receive a special rate?

Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and you can receive a special offer. Please contact us for available specials and discounts.

Do you have an office on the airport property?

We have an airport-nearby office which is across the airport property (Wayaca Service Station). Our representatives will meet you in the arrival hall at the airport and shuttle you to our office which is only 3 minutes away from the airport.

If I have a departing flight during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?

You can lock the vehicle in the public parking lot of the airport along with the keys, parking ticket & parking fees ($5.00) inside, and we will retrieve it when we are open. Prior notice of a vehicle drop-off at the airport parking lot is required.
